Brad is a chartered engineer with a background in both structural engineering and project management. He works across our residential projects, as well as getting involved in any commercial elements.

Edward has 30 years’ experience in investment banking and fund management. As our chairman he keeps a watchful eye on our relationships with investors, governance, as well as overseeing human resources.

Whether he’s leading the acquisition and funding of a project, or the design, consultation, planning and procurement, Damien is involved in every part of our business from start to finish. An architect by training, he brings agile thinking, problem solving skills, an eye for design, technical accuracy and efficient delivery to the team.

Having worked for various investment and development firms before joining HUB, Gordon’s focus now is on sourcing land, appraising, and financial reporting.

Jen is a qualified architect with experience across large scale developments. With knowledge of projects from early design and stakeholder engagement through to completion, she works closely with consultants and contractors across the development process.

Kate has a background in branding, having led the development of some of the UK’s most innovative property brands. She leads on all HUB’s marketing and communications, and is also part of our People and Planet working group.

Lorna is an ACA qualified chartered accountant who brings her skills in customer-focused service and key reporting requirements to the team. Lorna is also part of our People and Planet working group.

After working for multinationals in real estate and the industrial and service sectors, Marcio’s experience of corporate finance is key to HUB. He brings his 20 years' expertise in financial analysis, funding structuring, planning, reporting and compliance to every part of our business. Marcio is a CFA charterholder.

Tim has a combined 25 years of development experience across both residential and commercial which he brings to his role as COO of HUB.

As an architect, Tom has worked with some of the UK’s leading practices. Having been part of a diverse mixture of projects in London, Tom has the experience to work alongside design consultants as well as contractors, ensuring that our projects are always design-led.

Tom is a chartered surveyor who has worked in acquiring and delivering mixed-use regeneration schemes, which continues to be his focus at HUB. Tom is also part of our People and Planet working group.

Victoria is a chartered town planner who has worked for a number of housebuilders on projects ranging from high-density mixed-use developments to heritage-led housing schemes in parkland settings. Her experience and skill allows her to oversee the full development process across several of our major projects.

Gerry is a consummate professional and the beating heart of HUB. She oversees office operations working closely with our directors and assisting Edward on all regulatory and compliance matters.

Isobel is a chartered construction manager (MCIOB) with a background in site management, specifically leading work packages on high end residential developments including substructure and internals. She uses this knowledge to support the development process on several HUB projects.

Simona is responsible for general accounting tasks, contributing to the efficient and effective working of the Finance team by keeping accurate financial records for the business. She has a Master’s degree in accounting and is an ACCA Part Qualified Accountant.

Giulia, from Milan, Italy, comes from a background in heritage administration and music journalism. She uses her experience and attentive organisational skills to support the HUB team and Managing Director.

Ty is a chartered surveyor and has experience across commercial and living sectors.
Previously, Ty was at Knight Frank focused on funding and capital raising on behalf of sponsors across the UK and Europe. At HUB, he contributes towards the growth of our investor network and the development of our business strategy.

Nathan has a background in large-scale, residential-led regeneration of complex brownfield sites, bringing five years of development experience to HUB. He honed his experience in the development team at Berkeley subsidiary St James & St William, working on major projects including Milton Keynes East, Beckton Riverside, Romford Gasworks, East Ham Gasworks, and Chambers Wharf.

Rachel has worked across both the housebuilding and BTR sectors, specialising in large-scale mixed-use developments across the UK. Her expertise spans joint venture partnerships, town centre regeneration projects, and city-centre high-rise forward-funded deals. Rachel brings a deep understanding of both the delivery and operational aspects of BTR.

Will works within the acquisitions team to source land, appraise opportunities and ensure we continue to grow our portfolio.

Lewis is a Chartered Project Manager with a range of experience in the design, procurement and delivery of residential led projects in and around London.

Steve is an independent HR consultant working with HUB to provide day to day, practical HR advice and support, as well as leading on various HR projects and initiatives. He has over 20 years' in-house HR experience, mainly in Investment Banking and Private Equity, and has been running his own HR Consultancy since 2023.

Sukh is a chartered accountant who has a wealth of experience working for both public and private companies.
He brings his expertise in financial planning, analysis and reporting to the finance team; evaluating new and existing real estate projects while providing strategic insights to the business.

Ellie is a Chartered Surveyor working within the acquisitions team, where she focuses on sourcing land and appraising development opportunities to support the growth of the portfolio.

Tommy is a Development Manager at HUB and a Chartered Project Manager with experience delivering complex developments across both the commercial office and residential sectors. Tommy brings a strong technical understanding of project delivery and enjoys working collaboratively to create high-quality places.

Max brings 3 years’ experience of working on large-scale regeneration projects across the affordable housing, Build-to-Rent (BTR), and co-living sectors, to the Hub Development team. Max uses his experience to support Hub achieve successful delivery of complex residential developments, with a strong focus on cost management, value optimisation, and project delivery.

Francesca is a Senior Asset Manager with experience across a range of residential asset types. At HUB, she works across the full asset management lifecycle, from early strategy and mobilisation through to operation, lease-up and stabilisation.

Michael is an experienced Accounts Assistant with a background in expense management, accounts payable, reconciliations and financial reporting. Having worked in both the UK and Canada, he has supported global finance teams and played a key role in implementing and improving finance systems and processes.
